This HSE (Health & Safety Executive) compliant Emergency First Aid course is designed to help prepare for emergency situations both in and out of the workplace, and how to build and act upon an emergency plan should the need arise.
Low-risk small businesses or as back-up first aiders for larger businesses; as well as for home and community groups or individuals, including (but not limited to) Health & Social Care workers, Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, amateur sports team staff, and charity organisations.

Basic Life Support (CPR); adult, child, and baby.
Choking.
How to use a Defibrillator (AED).
Unconsciousness and the Recovery Position.
Head, neck, and back injuries.
Injuries, bleeds, and burns.
HSE compliant Emergency First Aid certification (valid for 3 years).
£75.00 per person, or
£810.00 for a group of up to 12 people.
