The Foundation First Aid training course is designed to be less time consuming than some alternatives meaning it doesn't intrude too much on your busy everyday life; whilst still delivering all of the basic first aid training you should come to expect from similar courses.
Newcomers with very little to no first aid training, as a confidence booster for those with existing first aid skills, and for very small low-risk workplaces that do not require an HSE (Health & Safety Executive) compliant first aider on-site.

Basic Life Support (CPR) for adults, children, and babies.
Choking in adults, children, and babies.
How to correctly use a Defibrillator (AED).
Unconsciousness and the recovery position.
Bleeds and burns.
Foundation First Aid certification (valid for 3 years).

£445.00 for a group of up to 12 people.
